Victorian Inn is a well established restaurant and bar. They wanted to update their old website and make it responsive.

The Brief

It was key that the design and functionality worked for all users. The goal was to create a website that advertised the latest events and had easy access to all food and drinks.

The Website

The main focus for the website is the food menu. So having a clean but illustrated design helped the text stand out. Each menu has a side links to aid the user on navigating through the food menus and showing opening and closing times.

Illustration

The theme of the restaurant is an old Victorian age, so we added bespoke drawings from that era. It really added some character and fun to the website, and made the text more visual and engaging.
